Shipping/Handling Policy:
All patterns are postage paid by Lizzie and Company Designs. Items are
sent through the United States Postal Service. We currently ONLY ship within
the U.S. and Canada. If ordering from Canada additional shipping charges may
apply. We ship items out as soon as payment is received, but please allow 5-7
days (slightly longer if paying by check and/or live in Canada) shipping time
on patterns. And 1-2 weeks shipping time on finished items. **If INSURANCE is
wanted, please let me know in advance. This will be an additional charge**
Return Policy:
There is a 5 day return period on all defective items. Please notify us
within this time to receive a full refund (EXCLUDING SHIPPING) on any
defective items. Patterns must be in new and unused condition.
